<p><strong><em>Carlos Francisco Borcosque Sanchez naci&oacute; en Valparaiso, Chile el 9 de septiembre de 1894.&nbsp;&nbsp; Haciendo &nbsp;sus primeros estudios&nbsp; escrib&iacute;a&nbsp; obras&nbsp; de&nbsp; teatro&nbsp; que&nbsp; representaban&nbsp; sus&nbsp; compa&ntilde;eros. El&nbsp; hac&iacute;a&nbsp; la&nbsp; puesta&nbsp; en&nbsp; escena&nbsp; y&nbsp; los&nbsp; dirig&iacute;a&nbsp; en&nbsp; improvisado&nbsp; teatro&nbsp; en&nbsp; su&nbsp; casa. Su madre le compr&oacute; una c&aacute;mara de fotos&nbsp; que&nbsp; jam&aacute;s&nbsp; dejaba. Sus padres&nbsp; estaban&nbsp; separados.&nbsp; Por&nbsp; negocios&nbsp; de&nbsp; su&nbsp; mam&aacute;&nbsp; viajan&nbsp; a&nbsp; Buenos Aires, Argentina.&nbsp; En&nbsp; ese&nbsp; pa&iacute;s&nbsp; estudia&nbsp; y&nbsp; trabaja.&nbsp; Escribe&nbsp; cuentos&nbsp; policiales&nbsp; que&nbsp; env&iacute;a&nbsp; al&nbsp; diario&nbsp; La&nbsp; Argentina.&nbsp; Gran&nbsp; sorpresa&nbsp; le&nbsp; caus&oacute;&nbsp; leer&nbsp; en&nbsp; el&nbsp; diario&nbsp; uno&nbsp; de&nbsp; sus&nbsp; cuentos&nbsp; publicados.&nbsp; Fue&nbsp; contratado&nbsp; por&nbsp; ese&nbsp; mismo&nbsp; diario&nbsp; como&nbsp; redactor&nbsp; de&nbsp; la&nbsp; secci&oacute;n&nbsp; policial.&nbsp;&nbsp; Al&nbsp; conocerlo&nbsp;, el&nbsp; director&nbsp; del&nbsp; diario&nbsp; , jam&aacute;s&nbsp; imagin&oacute;&nbsp; que&nbsp; ese&nbsp; muchachito&nbsp; de&nbsp; tan&nbsp; solo&nbsp; 14 a&ntilde;os&nbsp; escribiera&nbsp; tan&nbsp; bien . Por&nbsp; su&nbsp; corta&nbsp; edad&nbsp; prefiri&oacute;&nbsp; cambiarlo&nbsp; de&nbsp; secci&oacute;n&nbsp;. Pasar&iacute;a&nbsp; a&nbsp; deportes.&nbsp; En&nbsp; esos&nbsp; momentos&nbsp; la&nbsp; aviaci&oacute;n&nbsp; sorprend&iacute;a&nbsp; al&nbsp; pa&iacute;s.&nbsp; Borcosque&nbsp; se&nbsp; transforma&nbsp; en&nbsp; el&nbsp; primer&nbsp; fot&oacute;grafo&nbsp; desde&nbsp; el&nbsp; aire&nbsp;.</em></strong><strong>&nbsp; Tambi&eacute;n&nbsp; en&nbsp; el&nbsp; mas&nbsp; joven&nbsp; de&nbsp; todos los aviadores del pa&iacute;s y del mundo.&nbsp; All&iacute;&nbsp; conoce&nbsp; al&nbsp; Ingeniero Don Jorge Newbery, Aaron&nbsp; Anchorena, &nbsp;Enrique&nbsp; Rogers, Teodoro&nbsp; Fels, Alfredo Calicsto, Enrique Olivero,&nbsp;Carola&nbsp;Lorenzini, de la cual&nbsp; es&nbsp; instructor&nbsp; de&nbsp; vuelo, Eduardo Newbery, Felix&nbsp; Origone, Castaibert, entre&nbsp; tantos&nbsp; mas. &nbsp;El&nbsp; joven&nbsp; periodista&nbsp; de&nbsp; la&nbsp; secci&oacute;n&nbsp; deportes&nbsp; del&nbsp; diario&nbsp; La&nbsp; Argentina&nbsp; logra&nbsp; el&nbsp; brevet&nbsp; n&uacute;mero&nbsp; 60.&nbsp; Tambi&eacute;n&nbsp; vuela&nbsp; en&nbsp; globo&nbsp; sufriendo&nbsp; varias&nbsp; caidas.&nbsp;&nbsp;Esos&nbsp; hombres, sin saberlo&nbsp; estaban&nbsp;&nbsp;construyendo&nbsp; la&nbsp; aviaci&oacute;n&nbsp;civil argentina.&nbsp;Llegaban de Francia aviadores&nbsp; que&nbsp; deslumbraban&nbsp; con&nbsp; sus&nbsp; aviones&nbsp; haciendo&nbsp; acrobacia. La&nbsp; gente&nbsp; concurr&iacute;a&nbsp; a&nbsp; esas&nbsp; tardes&nbsp; de&nbsp; emoci&oacute;n, que eran&nbsp; grandes&nbsp; &eacute;xitos&nbsp; populares. Borcosque&nbsp; ayudaba&nbsp; con&nbsp; su&nbsp; pluma&nbsp; a que&nbsp; el&nbsp; p&uacute;blico&nbsp; se&nbsp; interesara&nbsp; cada&nbsp; vez&nbsp; mas&nbsp; en&nbsp; la&nbsp; aviaci&oacute;n.&nbsp;Ese&nbsp; pu&ntilde;ado&nbsp; de&nbsp; hombres&nbsp; l&uacute;cidos&nbsp; no&nbsp; pensaba&nbsp; que&nbsp; ser&iacute;an&nbsp; reconocidos&nbsp;&nbsp;a&ntilde;os&nbsp;&nbsp;despu&eacute;s &nbsp;&nbsp;como&nbsp; patriotas&nbsp; y&nbsp; Precursores&nbsp; de&nbsp; la&nbsp; Aviaci&oacute;n&nbsp; Argentina. El&nbsp; cine&nbsp; no&nbsp;&nbsp;debe&nbsp; ser&nbsp; complaciente.&nbsp; A mi&nbsp; entender&nbsp; una&nbsp; pel&iacute;cula&nbsp; es&nbsp; maravillosa&nbsp; cuando&nbsp; su&nbsp; contenido&nbsp; es&nbsp; contestatario, osado ,&nbsp; irreverente, cuestionador , transgresor ,provocativo. Y&nbsp; jam&aacute;s&nbsp; naturalista,&nbsp; g&eacute;nero&nbsp; que&nbsp; rechazo&nbsp; como&nbsp; artista&nbsp; y&nbsp; espectador. Esta&nbsp; preferencia&nbsp; no&nbsp; debe&nbsp; influir&nbsp; a&nbsp; los&nbsp; alumnos&nbsp; que&nbsp;&nbsp;elegir&aacute;n con&nbsp; total&nbsp; libertad&nbsp; sus&nbsp; preferencias&nbsp; cinematogr&aacute;ficas .</strong> <strong>Carlos F. <p><strong><em>En&nbsp; el mes de&nbsp;NOVIEMBRE&nbsp;de &nbsp;2.008 &nbsp;pr&oacute;ximo se&nbsp; realizar&aacute;&nbsp; una&nbsp; exhibici&oacute;n&nbsp; de las pel&iacute;culas&nbsp; Pobres Habr&aacute;&nbsp; Siempre&nbsp;, Las aguas bajan&nbsp; turbias&nbsp; y&nbsp; Juan que re&iacute;a,&nbsp;&nbsp;con&nbsp; un importante&nbsp; panel.&nbsp; Se&nbsp; avisar&aacute;&nbsp; d&iacute;a, fecha&nbsp; y&nbsp; hora&nbsp; para&nbsp; los&nbsp; que&nbsp; deseen&nbsp; concurrir.</em></strong></p>

<p><strong><em>El&nbsp; cine&nbsp; es&nbsp; como&nbsp; una&nbsp; religi&oacute;n,&nbsp; que&nbsp; seguimos&nbsp; todos&nbsp; aquellos&nbsp; que&nbsp; lo&nbsp; amamos&nbsp; y&nbsp; utilizamos&nbsp; como&nbsp;&nbsp; medio&nbsp; de&nbsp; expresi&oacute;n.&nbsp; A&nbsp; no&nbsp; desfallecer&nbsp; ante&nbsp; inconvenientes&nbsp; administrativos, y o de cualquier&nbsp; &iacute;ndole.&nbsp; No&nbsp; est&aacute;&nbsp; muerto&nbsp; qui&eacute;n&nbsp; pelea.&nbsp; Si&nbsp; nos&nbsp; combaten&nbsp; debemos&nbsp; responder&nbsp; con&nbsp; mas&nbsp; fuerza&nbsp; para&nbsp; lograr&nbsp; hacer&nbsp; la&nbsp; pel&iacute;cula&nbsp; que&nbsp; deseamos.&nbsp;&nbsp; Esa&nbsp;&nbsp; es&nbsp; nuestra&nbsp; lucha&nbsp; y&nbsp; nuestro&nbsp; objetivo.&nbsp; Fuerza.&nbsp; Una pel&iacute;cula no puede ser un hecho administrativo.
